The recipe was simple to follow and it tastes amazing! I was a bit worried when I added the chocolate as the mixture seemed a bit grainy but the finished cheesecake is as fluffy as the hair of angel. Replaced vanilla essence with the zest of 2 limes and it goes great. Thank you queen xo.
