Winter sun tart It's winter in locked-down Sydney and I have an abundance of in-season citrus and a lack of unfrozen berries. With the organic oranges gifted from a friend, I made a gluten and dairy free tart using home-made vegan orange curd which I combined with cream Sheese and ginger, and topped with slices of orange and whole blueberries, also still in season over here. All together giving me cheer as a bit of winter sun, hence the name.
