No fuss fruit tart. I had to deviate from the recipe for this as I am in Thailand and could not get any lemon curd or the berries that were in the recipe. I made some homemade passion fruit curd and topped the tart with blueberries and mango along with some more passion fruit. This has to be my favourite cookalong so far simple to make but very tasty and looks impressive too. I will definitely be making this tart again, Thanks for the recipe !!!!
