The flavour of this cake is kicked into high gear thanks to the malty flavour from the malty horlicks powder. I dusted my cake tins in cocoa powder to intensify the chocolatey flavour which really complimented the malty deep tones on the cake batter and icing I'm not really a great cake decorator but I'm pretty chuffed with how this turned out.
