I used the devils food cake recipe to make my sister’s 60th birthday cake and added a chocolate collar, truffles and blackberries to give it an autumnal feel, I added blackberry jam to the layers with the frosting and it cut through the sweetness… it went down a treat and was really delicious… will definitely make again x
