I did my best making this and although it don't look like yours Nigella I gave it a good crack. It tasted great. I will have another go another time for sure. I followed your introduction but don't know what happened? I did have to google a stick of butter so this might have been the issue not enough butter. I had fun making it with you in mind all the time.
