I took Nigella’s vanilla cake and made it little tropical. Added some coconut extract and toasted coconut to the cake batter. Made some mango curd for the filling and topping. Used her ermine buttercream to frost the cake. The end product was simply delicious. Ermine buttercream is my new favourite. Thanks for the delicious recipe.
