This dish consists of many intricate components and each component has a meaning and perfectly complements the centrepiece of the dish i.e the cheesecake. The luscious velvety cheesecake is flavoured with dense yet not overpowering taste of caramelised banana. Each component of the dish is unique in it's own way. The nutty praline, cheese cracker and the subtle tangy pungency of pickled cucumber add on to the aesthetic as well as the overall burst of flavours in the dish.
