Banoffee Cheesecake. I made the cheesecake with my eleven year old daughter, who enjoyed mashing the bananas as well as eating the spare biscuits we had and feeding them to the dog. The recipe was simple to follow with clear instructions i was worried about the water bath as I've never cooked a cheesecake in that way but it worked perfectly.
