My Banoffee Cheesecake, adorned with banana chips and the toffee sauce. I made my sauce using vanilla syrup as I didn’t have golden syrup in the pantry. I also only made the filling with half of the ingredients, except the bananas and it still cooked perfectly. I like cheesecake, but I LOVE this recipe!!
