My showstopper sponge! Thank you Nigella, for this classic perfect recipe - it is my go-to Victoria Sponge. I like to serve mine with fresh strawberries and whipped cream in the middle (along with strawberry jam in the middle too of course) and on the top, for a real showstopper of a pudding!
