Went a less traditional route and used it as dessert for a “Silence of the Lambs” themed dinner party! Made homemade raspberry jam and buttercream for the filling, the latter of which I piped to resemble teeth. Paired with lychee fruit & blueberry eyes, with the same homemade raspberry jam used on the Victoria Sponge.
