I know this recipe will go down a storm in the school staff room at break time! It’s the perfect brunch for a busy teacher to munch on whilst multi-tasking. I used apples from my garden and blackberries from my mother in law’s freezer - they were still a little frozen which I think gave the kuchen a jammy, gooey texture. Divine!
