My Apple and blackberry kuchen was baked in a round springform tin and it rose beautifully like a cake. I proved the dough in the fridge overnight and finished it in the morning… it was a delightful breakfast bread with coffee for a lazy Sunday morning. I love the autumnal flavours of apple and blackberries and the crumble is a beautiful thing.
