I'm enjoying baking individual cakes at the moment so I used mini bundt tins instead of the large tin. The portions per person are a bit bigger than a slice of cake but no-one complained - they were delicious! They took about 20 minutes to bake and the luscious pool of icing that dripped into the centre hole perfectly complemented the spicy cake! Another winning recipe - thanks Nigella!
