I loved making this cake for some vegan friends that we had over and only realised that it was this month’s cookalong after the cake was finished. I loved making this cake. I haven’t baked anything in a long while but this recipe was quick and easy to make, which is exactly what I needed a recipe to be to be able to make this after I put my 4 month old son to bed. This cake has reignited my passion for baking and I’ll definitely be making it again.
