Sub zero temperatures called for drastic action- chocolate cake, tea, fire and film. This hit the spot- it’s damp, dark and decadent . The hint of coffee really complements the chocolate. My other half previously believed the words ‘vegan’ and ‘cake’ should not be used together but he is now a convert. This is a keeper. I didn’t have any rose petals so used pomegranate seeds - looked pretty and tasted good with the dark chocolate.
