This is Srinidhi, from Kerala, India. I am a post doctoral fellow in Economics . Cooking is a therapeutic experience for me. Loves the process of creating something new! Feels like each recipes got a story arc! One important thing that I’ve realised by doing this recipes is tha, apart from the recipe and the ingredients, time is such an important part of the entire process. When you cook without any hurry, give the recipe its time, the results are magical. This was particularly true when I cooked this chocolate cake. I tried thrice this same recipe, One time with strawberry topping, next a choco stick fence . This time I kept it plain and simple. Enjoyed every bit of it.
