I decided to add a twist to this recipe by using one key ingredient... Strawberries! The cupcakes contain a strawberry filling, which I made using fresh strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. The hearts (not edible) are cut out of glitter foam, which I thought would be a nice addition for Valentines Day. This recipe was fun to make and best of all it tastes great!
