I was a day early for Saint Patrick’s Day so the cake is half eaten already! I followed the recipe to the dot and it turned out perfectly! My brother said it was the best cake he’d ever eaten! The cake was very moist and the cream cheese topping complemented the cake amazingly! All the family will enjoy another slice today with a pint of Guinness!
