This cake is delicious! It has such a deep, rich flavour paired with the cream cheese icing...my favourite icing. I made it into cupcakes to take to my ladies' group, so everyone could have an individual portion. I made shamrocks with marshmallow fondant and coloured it with food colouring (a mix of blue and yellow). This was my first attempt at making fondant and it definately was a learning experience. I will definately make this cake again.
