We don't usually celebrate St. Patrick's Day, but in recent years we have a new tradition, baking Nigella's Chocolate Guinness Cake. It is very tasty and easy to make. This time I added Baileys to my cream cheese frosting and a teaspoon of instant coffee in the batter. I have to say I really like the way this cake turned out. Delicious!
