I made the Chocolate Guinness Cake for my son’s 30th birthday celebrations. I followed the recipe and added a personalised cake topper. The cake was delicious and perfect for a Guinness lover. The cream cheese frosting means it is not too sweet and every crumb was eaten! Sue Pallot
