I had a real Fun creating this beautiful delicious dessert. Added Orange liquor from Spain while making the lemon curd. I chose to add whipped cream cheese with cream (from another of my favorites Nigella’s Guinness Cake recipe) , my homemade vanilla extract and some powdered sugar and decorated it with figs from my tree which goes so well with raspberries and lemon curd.
