From "How to be a Domestic Goddess" I adapted the passionfruit curd recipe, by omitting the passionfruit and adding the finely grated zest and juice of two lemons. Delicious and creamy, there was little work to be done to construct this delight. Although it's winter here in Australia, this tasty tart feels like its "Forever Summer".
