A perfect summer recipe to make with the children for a family bank holiday BBQ. Both used the same summer fruits including strawberries, raspberries, cherries, pineapple, mango, kiwi & blueberries. (One arranged to resemble a pokeball, the other using a ‘scatter while munching’ approach) A sprinkle of delicious toasted coconut shavings elevated both to a truly scrumptious party treat!
