This was my first time trying a yule log. I was very nervous about it because i'm not the most delicate when it comes to cake baking and decorating but I followed the instructions and this was so lovely to make, it just worked perfectly and tastes divine. The buttercream frosting is particularly good, but it pairs so well with the light cake. I will definitely be making this every year
