Vegan Bûche de Noël I replaced the eggs with aqua faba to make a light chocolate vegan sponge - I’m not going to lie it cracked terribly when rolled but the icing (using vegan butter) glued it back together again! I added gingerbread mushrooms to create an enchanted forest feel for a magical Christmas centre piece. Thanks Nigella! ????????❤️
