Thoroughly enjoyed making Nigellas Yule Log, and thoroughly enjoyed eating it on Christmas Day with my wonderful family. I put fresh whipped cream in the middle of mine (instead of the icing) which gave it a nice contrast in colour when it was cut open. Decorated with black berries, they were an excellent accompaniment.
