Our Hundred Acre Wood yule log. We loved making this and the children got involved. Nigella's recipe was easy to follow, the sponge was light, the buttercream was delicious. We added fresh whipped cream in the centre as we had some open that needed to be used. Dad made the sponge, our eldest daughter made the buttercream and our younger children decorated it with Winnie the Pooh characters from the tree. Simple and delicious and something special for our Christmas table. Thanks Nigella :)
