This was a delightful craft and baking activity for our Easter weekend. Our Easter Egg Nest Cake was filled with hand-painted hen's eggs and a selection of chocolate eggs, crowned with chocolate flakes and curls of orange zest. The cake was loved by all, brownie-like with its molten centre and crisp outer layer. A delicious way to celebrate the promise of new life.
