Happy Easter! And what better way to celebrate than with Nigella’s Easter Egg Nest Cake - a cornucopia of chocolatey heaven! A dreamy concoction of fluffy meringue and dark chocolate, the cooked cake gently deflates to form a crinkly, crackly crater just perfect for holding the cloud of dark chocolate and whipped cream. I topped this pillowy creation with a crispy crunchy nest of melted chocolate, smooth peanut butter, fried noodles and shredded coconut, which I filled to the brim with chocolate eggs and bunnies. Sitting on some sweet green coconut grass, this cake made the perfect showstopping centrepiece for our Easter Sunday lunch!
