My son and I made this cake as a gift for Mum on Mother's Day. As we are baking novices we needed an easy-to-follow recipe resulting in a delicious cake and this fitted the bill perfectly! We decorated the top with "orange blossom" icing sugar flowers and fresh raspberries. Nothing says "I love you Mum" like a beautiful homemade cake!
