Taking inspiration from Nigella's orange and raspberry pairing, I used a blood orange in this bundt cake. I love the combination of bitter orange and tart raspberry in a blood orange, both in appearance and flavour. Finished with a light dusting of icing sugar and served with rich double cream, this was a delicious Sunday afternoon tea treat. Will definitely be making this again.
