Baked this Victoria sponge, or Vicky sponge as we call it in our family, with my 4 year old Emrys. His favourite part was cracking the eggs and licking the butter off his fingers (children will be children). He was so impatient to get a slice he had it while it was still a little warm. A lovely experience baking a lovely cake
