All the fruit in the garden is how Summer Pudding was first described to me. I am fortunate to have blueberries and blackcurrants in the garden, which I supplement with blackberries in the hedgerows and strawberries from M&S, so I have a very purple Summer Pudding, and delicious it is, too! Served with cream, it is a beautiful summer treat.
