This month’s Cookalong is Nigella’s Summer Pudding. It’s perfect for a summer gathering with a jug of cream to serve alongside, and the assembly of the pudding is not difficult, but you do need to read Nigella’s instructions carefully. Plus there is helpful advice on the pudding basin in the introduction too! Also take note of the additional information if you cannot get fresh berries in your part of the world as frozen can also be used. Once you’ve absorbed all this information and made the recipe, photograph your Summer Pudding, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s.
