Too good to only have once a year but this is a perfect recipe for a Hallowe'en cake. I had everything weighed and measured ahead of baking and it was easy to follow Nigella's instructions. This decadent cake was a Friday evening dinner treat which I served with vanilla ice cream complimenting it nicely. I'd be equally happy to have a piece with a Latte or a cup of tea though.
