Nigella’s Vanilla Cake with Ermine buttercream icing was declared the best cake ever at our Christmas table today. The cake itself was so light in texture and the buttercream like a cloud. Absolutely divinely delicious. The delicate cakes were easy to work with and a delight to eat! Highly recommend this cake for any special occasion ❤️
