Nigella's Coffee and Walnut cake made for me and Sister in Memory of Mum as it was always her favourite cake. I made a cute 6 inch layered cake ...perfect for the two of us to indulge on Dad's 86th Birthday... a beautiful cake full of happiness ...just added some dark chocolate shavings.
