Every time I get a new book from Georgina Hayden I’m always freshly struck by her gift for coming up with recipes that immediately insist on becoming part of my regular repertoire, while at the same time prodding me into sociability; as many of her recipes seem guaranteed to brighten up the week as call rhapsodically for a laid-back tableful of friends. Greekish is no exception: indeed, it is a triumph. And I’m so very happy to have it safely in my kitchen!
