Ever since I got my hands on a copy of this book, I haven’t been able to stop myself leafing through its pages, calling aloud to anyone in the room (and sometimes, I’m afraid, to myself) about its utter lusciousness. The flavours that waft through this book make me salivate as I read, and I’m afraid I found it very hard to settle upon just one recipe for you. But in the end it had to be this.
