There is a certain fashionableness about The Sprouted Kitchen — recipes abound with kale and quinoa and so on — but I don't hold that against it. Indeed, I warm to Sara Forte's enthusiasm for bold flavour and eat-me recipes. I've selected her Soba Bowls with Tea-Poached Salmon because, frankly, we just can't have too many noodles in our life.
