The At My Table premium recipe roll-out continues, and this week I’m proud to present Gemelli with Anchovies, Tomatoes and Mascarpone. I make no claim for this as an authentic Italian recipe, but I have made it for Italians and lived to tell the tale! I love the helicoidal twists that are gemelli pasta shapes, but please don’t get hung up on them - if you can’t find them, by all means use casarecce or fusilli instead.
