Many of you may have noticed that my food posts on twitter, instagram and facebook have been dolloped with a vibrant green sauce over the past months and, due to courteous prompting, I now can unleash the — very simple — recipe on you, and it brings me piquant pleasure so to do!
All it requires from you is to assemble coriander, jalapeños, garlic, limes, oil and salt and blitz said ingredients together in a stick blender. If you’re anything like me, you will find you cannot live without it in your fridge at all times. For the hard-core, it’s good untempered as a dip for plain tortilla chips, but I also love it alongside baked sweet potatoes, grilled meats fish and just about anything I eat.
