I made this tonight. Absolutely exquisite. The cinnamon and chili balance was beautiful. It has a VERY sophisticated taste profile for discerning foodies, but it was a hit with the children as well. My kids made me promise to keep the recipe. Let’s see, what did they say... “It’s better than your pumpkin bread, mom” and “It’s like Bob Ross created this.” My kids are 11 and 8. Lol! Absolutely will make again. By the way, made this from Nigella’s Feast cookbook, it was part of a meal with one Pan Sage and Onion Chicken and Sausage and Bread Sauce Flavoured Potato Gratin. It was altogether a lovely meal.
