Chilli Beef Tortilla Wraps With Sour Cream and Guacamole

Fry the garlic and onions in olive oil, until soft, and then add the minced beef and brown it. Once browned, add the red pepper cubes and stir well. Then tip in the baked beans, add the tomato passata, stock and marmite if using. Add the chillies. Simmer for around 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla wraps cut in half, to give half-moon shapes. Roll the half-moon tortilla to give yourself a cone, making sure that you tuck the point of the cone over, so that you don't get a hole in the bottom! Then stuff the cone with the chilli beef, layered with guacamole and sour cream, and scoff happily!!
