Oven on: rather hot. boil six "turkish light green papricas (non hot light green peppers..those that look like chili'sonly non threatening) a few minutes, get rid of seeds and put them after cutting them in half in the length in a ovenbowl (I'm sure this is not the right word). Make a mix of grated cheddar/ old Gouda, creme fraiche (yeah...it's that living life to the max kinda dish) and mustard..dutch...with those whole seeds in it (limburg) mmmmmm, put this mix into the peppers and cover with graded cheddar/gouda. Put into the oven until cheese is melted: it's everyones favorite! Cannot fail.
Introduction
