Put your chicken(whole) on to boil with about 1 pint of water. Add your rice. Chop your onions and add to pot. Peel and dice your potatoes and add to pot. Stir well. T op up with about half a pint of water. Take your chicken out and chop into tiny bits and add back into pot. Stir again. Grate your carrots and add them. Now add your chicken cubes. Simmer for about 20mins stirring in between.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 chicken broth cubes
- 9 fluid ounces long grain rice
- 2 large carrots

Keep stirring in between adding things as you don't want to have anything sticking to bottom of pot, and the next day, if thick, add some water.
