Introduction

I love it and it takes no time to make and eat.

Ingredients

Serves: about 6-8 people

  • 1 packet potatoes
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 chicken broth cubes
  • 9 fluid ounces long grain rice
  • 2 large carrots
  • onions

Method

  • Put your chicken(whole) on to boil with about 1 pint of water. Add your rice.
  • Chop your onions and add to pot. Peel and dice your potatoes and add to pot. Stir well. T
  • op up with about half a pint of water. Take your chicken out and chop into tiny bits and add back into pot.
  • Stir again. Grate your carrots and add them. Now add your chicken cubes.
  • Simmer for about 20mins stirring in between.
  • Additional Information

    Keep stirring in between adding things as you don't want to have anything sticking to bottom of pot, and the next day, if thick, add some water.
