  • 1 garlic
  • olive oil
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1000 millilitres chicken stock

  • Mince garlic and brown in pan with olive oil.
  • Add garlic to chicken stock in saucepan.
  • Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, cool down a bit.
