Mince garlic and brown in pan with olive oil. Add garlic to chicken stock in saucepan. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, cool down a bit. Beat the eggs, add, stirring, to the chicken stock and garlic. Do not boil or you will have an omelette! Bonne santé
